Dear LeAnn, We cannot begin to thank you for spending the past two weeks with us--you are a life saver! Of course, our little one loves you, but I also really enjoyed having a friend come over every night! You are so wise and so much fun to talk to. Thanks for taking care of our little one--and for your friendship!

I was so nervous when we brought Jack home from the hospital. I had left the hospital with so many questions unanswered. The first night that Sheryle came to our home, she immediately made us feel comfortable. She answered all of our questions, continued to help me with breast-feeding, and made the evenings more peaceful. It was wonderful to have an expert in our home for two weeks. Without Sheryle and Carol's assistance, I know I would not have continued to try and breastfeed. They were able to give me guidance and make it a harmonious experience for both me and my baby. Both my husband and I were able to get rest at night, and I know that is why I recovered so very quickly. Even my mother was able to get rest at night, so she could be a huge help to us during the day. After Sheryle and Carol left, I continued to call them for questions I had about the baby. They were more than eager to help. To this day, I still hear my husband telling dads-to-be that they must have our baby nurses. When I hear him telling his friends that it was the best decision that we ever made, it makes me smile.

It has been nearly two months since Lisa's last night watching Jackson, but here I am, feeling compelled to write about Lisa because she left such an amazing and long lasting impact on our family. Lisa came to us at a time when we were struggling to establish a reasonable sleep schedule with Jackson. You see, my wife is an executive and I am a trial lawyer, so sleepless nights are a real problem for our day jobs. At the same time, we truly wanted to raise our child first hand and not be absent parents. We went without any support for nearly three months and hit a breaking point because we were constantly up throughout the night with Jackson and, thereafter, faced grueling days with our jobs. Around that time, I had lunch with one of my partners who was the father to twins born two years earlier. He explained that he never would have survived without the nurse he used from your service to establish sleep schedules for his boys. I think that we called you about two hours later. After receiving a few candidates from you we selected Lisa. She came to us and quickly assured us that she would have the baby sleeping 12 hours a night very soon. At the time, Jackson was sleeping for 4 hours at a time, with the exception being 6 hours if we were lucky. Candidly, I had serious doubts about Lisa's representations concerning how long Jackson would eventually sleep if we implemented her schedule. Lisa quickly formed a plan for feedings and sleep

We loved having Sheryle stay with us those first weeks home after we had the baby. When we had our first daughter, Tatum, I loved all the knowledge and insight that Sheryle was able to share with me as a first-time mom. And when we had our second daughter, Margo, we were eager to have Sheryle back, knowing how sweet and caring she was with babies. Not only did she provide us with peace-of-mind and some much-needed rest at night, she is full of tips and advice, having spent so much time with newborns. I still call her with questions on Margo, and she is turning four months on Saturday! We think she is the greatest!

Carol was a Godsend. My husband and I didn't know anything about babies! Carol visited us before our son was born and got our nursery in order. Then, after Rhett was born, I was in a lot of pain after my C-section and couldn't do much. Carol came in the evening and took care of Rhett all night, so I could get some rest. She was so gentle and sweet to him! She literally taught us how to care for him. I was also having a lot of difficulty with nursing and she helped - I would have given up after a couple more days, but thanks to her instruction, I was able to nurse Rhett for over 5 months. Without Carol, our son's transition into the world would have been so difficult, as we would have fumbled around, trying to figure out what our baby needed. Thanks to her, we avoided most of the mistakes new parents make, and our son was a happy, content newborn as a result!

Debby Bostrom has been such a lifesaver on so many levels. She placed my baby nurse who was the perfect fit for our family after a comprehensive meeting with me. She also provided me with a list of things to buy to set up the nursery and some reading to help me get ready for the twins. However, her help didn't end there. She worked to make sure I had someone even when the twins came 6 weeks early, and came home under 4 lbs each. She supervised the whole placement and made sure things were going okay - she offered advice when needed and made sure to stop in and see us. Our baby nurse was wonderful and so nurturing. After my term with the baby nurse was over, Debbie again was a guardian angel and helped me find full-time help to help me out the rest of the year. I can't recommend Debby enough.

Lisa, I wanted to thank you again for the services Baby Coming Home provided us. Lisa was the perfect fit for our family. She was so sweet and attentive and adapted to our needs and wants. She was also a great source of information. But most of all, you could tell she just loved our little guy so much. We felt completely at ease (and got SLEEP) the nights she was with him. We are sad to see her go. Thanks again! -Shelby

Gaby was seriously fantastic! Words cannot describe how great she is at her job. She is a baby whisperer. She is extremely knowledgeable and made me feel at ease and prepared me in taking the best care of my baby. I truly do not know what I would have done without her. Babies Coming Home is lucky to have her!

When my husband and I found out we were expecting our third child, we started looking into hiring a baby nurse to help with the baby. Several friends had used baby nurses from Debby's group, and they came very well-recommended. Nancy Wiley was the baby nurse that Debby scheduled for us, and she couldn't have found a more perfect match for our family. I had the expectation that the Nancy would just tend to the baby so we could get some sleep, but she did much more than that. She got our baby on a wonderful night-time sleeping and eating schedule. It was a lifesaver after she left us! She also shared many helpful techniques and ideas about caring for our baby. My husband and I thought we were just going to get much-needed sleep out of this experience, but we got so much more.

When we found out we were expecting our first baby, we immediately called Debby in Dallas, Texas (from Louisville, KY) to try to line up a baby nurse. After a tumultuous pregnancy and birth, we were unbelievably blessed by God to have Sheryle (one of Debby's baby nurses) in our home. She was there the night we came home from the hospital. Looking back, I cannot imagine what it would have been like if we did not have her there. She provided the calmness and peace that anyone could have ever dreamed of during the exciting and scary time. Chas was born 4 pounds 14 ounces with clubfoot, hip dysplasia, bilateral inguinal hernia, torticollis, jaundice, and meso-cardia. (By the way, you would never know today by looking at him that he was born with these minor but different anomalies.) However, while we were trying to figure everything out as new parents, Sheryle was a consistent source of strength. She even went to several doctor's appointments with us. She helped me with breast-feeding, and with getting him on a wonderful schedule. Her guidance and patience were such a gift. After Sheryle's two-week stay, I continued to stay in touch with her to ask questions about nursing, bottle-feeding, and sleep schedules. She was a great source of help. We will never forget our new baby experience with Sheryle.

When Debby met us at our house the day we brought home our son, she walked in the door and greeted us with warmth and understanding. She immediately put me at ease, which is quite a statement coming from a first-time mother. When you have your first child, you are overwhelmed with a combination of fear and uncertainty, coupled with a deep sense of protectiveness of your new baby. The comfort of someone like Debby during this time is irreplaceable. We hired Debby because all of our friends recommended her and her group. So we were confident of her talents. But nevertheless, she was virtually a stranger to us. Needless to say, that lasted about five seconds. Debby brought with her a calmness that embraced all three of us during her stay. She was a kind, loving presence in our home, and my son fell madly in love with her from the moment she arrived. I had been around children and babies all my life, but nothing prepared me for actually having one of my own. I read what felt like hundreds of books, and none of them really taught me how to be a mother. In fact, so many of the books contradicted one another that I ended up more confused than before. So you can imagine the value of having someone like Debby to teach you the basics of motherhood, as well as some very special secrets. She taught me how to bathe my son, how to feed him, how to burp him, how to handle his circumcision, how to get him on a consistent sleep schedule, how to create a safe, predictable routine for him to follow each day, how to swaddle him, how to make his crib more cozy and soothing, and how to (occasionally) relax and cherish the first few weeks of his life. These are just a few of the things Debby can offer a family with a new baby. Today we consider Debby a part of our family, and look forward to her visits. She keeps in touch with her clients, and is always there for me if I have a question. I cannot put into words how grateful we are to Debby. We will treasure her time in our home for the rest of our lives.

We were so delighted to have been able to utilize some of the baby nurses that work for Debby. We had a 2 year-old when our twins were born. We started off with Pam, who was terrific. Pam had to leave to take care of another set of twins, so Debby sent over Beryl. Beryl was outstanding. I felt like we had the best possible care, which allowed my husband and I to sleep at night, knowing that our newborn twins were being well taken care of by trained professionals. I felt like they had good advice to help me out. After Beryl left, I used Aracely. Aracely became a permanent fixture for 3 months, until my boys slept through the night. I felt comfortable having all of the help in our home. I never felt an invasion of privacy, as they all knew how to blend in and give us our time alone. Everyone was a true delight to work with and a Godsend. I highly recommend Debby and her team of well-trained professionals. Debby herself was a big help for us, as she always was able to lend an ear to help me through the challenges of premature twins. Our deepest thanks to you and your team!!!

Because of Debby and the loving care her staff provided, we were able to spend better quality time with our twins during those very challenging early months. And equally as important, we were able to share that special time as husband and wife. With the help of Debby's well-trained staff we were able to: 1) rest at night, and, 2) learn how to care for our children from an expert who shared our philosophy in child rearing. We read most every popular book on the market, and none were as helpful as the advice from Debbie's experts who personally knew our children. When people ask for advice about twins, we say "Call Debby - there is no other single piece of advice that is more important." Some wonder if they can afford it. We prioritized everything that was important to us at that very special time, and concluded that we couldn't afford NOT to hire Debby and her team.

I would highly recommend Baby Coming Home, and Kim Milner to any new or experienced mom to be. I had a very stressful pregnancy and delivery. It gave us such comfort to know that we were coming home to a night nurse that was so qualified, dependable, and caring. From the moment Kim stepped into our home she was part of the family and part of the team to help us through the difficult first few weeks. Kim was so knowledgeable about all of the important baby steps and so patient with us new parents. If we are ever blessed to have another child, we would absolutely make Kim and Baby Coming Home part of the team for the second child.

Deepest and most heartfelt thanks from the Cronin Family!

Carol was an absolute Godsend to our family. Our first child, Jack, arrived five days before Christmas via C-section. Not only did we leave the hospital the day before Christmas Eve with our adorable son, we also left with a false sense of confidence. As brand new parents, you have no idea what lies ahead the first few days and weeks. No book, class or friendly advice can truly prepare you. For the ten nights that she was with us, Carol made this transition as painless as possible. She taught us how to care for Jack and eased our worries and concerns. She was a wealth of knowledge and sound advice. Without Carol, we would have starved and frozen our child! We had no idea that we were not feeding him enough. We also did not realize that he needed more layers. Carol helped us figure out his feeding quantities and schedule, and introduced us to the fabulous "converter gowns" that can be either pajamas or a gown. She even went out during her time off and purchased one for us as a gift, so that we would know what to look for! I looked forward to 8:00 pm every night during those days because I knew that Carol would be there, and everything would be just fine. When our ten days were up, we begged her to stay on longer. Unfortunately for us, she had another new life to welcome, and other new parents to put at ease. We (and both of my younger sisters) will definitely use Carol (hopefully - if she is not booked) again! If she is booked, I know that Debby will send us another wonderful angel to help us!

When we arrived home with our newborn, we had the peace of mind of knowing that a well-experienced and well-trained baby nurse would be here to teach us how to care for him. She cared not only for our newborn son, but also for us and for our four year old daughters. The greatest moment of each day was seeing Debby's car pull into our driveway!

I was lucky enough to hear about Debby and her group from several friends who raved about them. Beryl was my Baby Specialist, and I couldn't have survived the first few weeks of motherhood without her. As a first time mom, I didn't know a thing about how to care for a newborn. Beryl taught me invaluable techniques and tips. I got more sleep and had much less stress than I ever dreamed possible as a new mom. Now, I have confidence in my ability to take excellent care of my baby daughter when we're alone. As an added value, every specialist is available by phone 24/7 for questions or advice, even after your time together ends. I highly recommend using this group - even if financial restrictions only allow for the phone call service. This time was well worth every penny we spent.
